Introduction to Yoga

Leacroft Medical Practice now offers a free four week Introduction To Yoga course.

This course is open to all, regardless of age, ability or knowledge. It begins with simple chair-based exercises.

There’s some evidence that regular yoga practice is beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains – including lower back pain – depression and stress. More information can be found here: A Guide To Yoga – NHS.
